Zgodnie z art. 38. ust. 3 ustawy z dnia 30 maja 2014 r. o prawach konsumenta nie ma mo\u017cliwo\u015bci zwrotu\/wymiany towaru spersonalizowanego wed\u0142ug wymaga\u0144 klienta.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>W sytuacji nieodebrania przesy\u0142ki pobraniowej, zawieraj\u0105cej produkt wykonany na zam\u00f3wienie, klient jest zobowi\u0105zany do pokrycia pe\u0142nych koszt\u00f3w zam\u00f3wienia. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Reklamacje<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Reklamacje uznajemy w poni\u017cszych sytuacjach:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ramka zawiera b\u0142\u0119dne informacje wzgl\u0119dem podanych w zam\u00f3wieniu, np. inny nickname lub skin championa. <\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ramka uleg\u0142a uszkodzeniu podczas transportu <\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Zam\u00f3wienie zosta\u0142o dostarczone po ustalonym czasie dostawy, bez wcze\u015bniejszego poinformowania ze strony firmy o takim op\u00f3\u017anieniu. <\/p>\n<p>Reklamacje prosimy kierowa\u0107 na adres e-mail: mmadesigners.reklamacje@gmail.com.
